Normal = 10, high speed and follows target
Super = 20, medium speed and follows target but low manuverability
Ice = 10, high speed, target is frozen for 10 seconds
Diffusion = 10 and other targets within 3 meter radius takes 5

Description

While flying (Tri-Fold Wings), user dives at target(s) and fires
